Writing and Orality
we delved deeply into the intersections of language, writing, and orality within the realm of Visual Arts. This thorough analysis was conducted by applying the Case Study Learning Strategy, with a specific focus on the context of the "National Artists Salon."
In the first unit, we immersed ourselves in the fundamental concepts of semiotics, discourse analysis, and the dynamics between orality and writing. The second unit explored the "Production of Narratives in Visual Arts," encompassing both artistic works and processes of research and curation. The third unit expanded the perspective to "Narratives in Digital Culture," discussing multimedia and transmedia narratives.
Various communicative products, both written and oral, were scrutinized across different formats and with diverse objectives. This approach equips students with essential tools for future production in the field of Visual Arts, underscoring the significance of comprehending and applying communicative aspects in this context.
